I have had many students who constantly turned in homework assignments appearing
as if no real thought went into them. Then, I decided to include some general guidelines so students are clear on what an
acceptable homework assignment looked like vs. an unacceptable homework
assignment. I hope that having a rubric for each type of assignment will increase the quality of my students’ assignments.
